South American Dinosaurs Pack

I decided to put some species that probably wouldn't have made it into the game by any other means but here is an idea for Frontier for any future DLC that includes a pack. Some of them are familiar and some of them are well you know unknown and bizarre.

Large Carnivore: Maip was the largest Megaraptorid found in South America. And could be an interesting species if it were added alongside its cousin austrolovenator currently in the game and it would be a huge theropod. Also it would make the species even scarier if it had quills from its head to its back.

Medium Herbivore: Brachytrachelopan this is basically a sauropod that is related to Amargasaurus and Nigersaurus but is attempting to be a hadrosore instead of a sauropod.

Small Carnivore: the only Dromaeosaur but also considered to be the largest from the southern hemisphere . The species was considered to be a hunter for a long time until it was found that it's diet consisted of fish. And most of all I hope Frontier consider putting feathers on this Dromaeosaur species as well .

Small Herbivore: Stegouros is a beautiful ankylosaur and I do agree with one of my colleagues here in the community that this special in kylosaur which was just recently discovered mind you should be considered for Frontier Developers to be included into a new dinosaur South American PACK.

I kind of done it in the standard dinosaur pack lineup so what do you think do you agree with this list let me know down below because I wanted to include species that are unique as well as bizarre.

1+ like if you enjoy this list and you would be open to having a list like this.
also what dinosaurs would you change in this list and also what would be your lineup of dinosaurs to have in a dinosaur South American pack. Tell us.

Large Carnivore: even though we have Spinosaurus in the game I wouldn't mind if we had a spinosaurid that is closely related to Spinosaurus that has this body figure of what the real Spinosaurus may have looked like.View attachment 350540

Medium Herbivore: a prosauropod relative, this species went into a completely different direction from its relatives but is much heavier than platiosaurus but almost as big. View attachment 350543

Small Herbivore: I have to say this is another species that is literally bizarre and absolutely strange from South America and makes it just as strange as Australia with its dinosaur species.

@Jurassic Tyrant King, I like the idea but, we already have enough Spinosaurs in the game so big no to Oxalaia. I would prefer Skorpiovenator.
A better prosauropod in my opinion would be Riojasaurus.

I only suggested the species Oxalaia because it would be cool to have a scientific version of Spinosaurus but keeping the jp3 version as well and it would be interesting to see this species swimming if Frontier was open to adding a pool mechanic for the species to swim. Anyway I changed it to tyrano Titan but you'll love the explanation why I added this species instead of the spinosaur this time. I chose a less significant species like Lessemsaurus because plateosaurus and other members seem to have more popularity and lesser species are pretty much left in the Wayside never recognized by anybody.😌

Tyrannotitan actually sounds better than the Oxalaia.
Instead, I think Riojasaurus would be better for a Triassic DLC.

I even suggested to Universal to choose tyrannotitan over Giganotosaurus because at least the name is easier to pronounce but we know what happened there. I even think that they should add Feathering on the back of the species to differentiate it from other Charcaradontosaurs in game already.
Riojasaurus would be much better in a Triassic pack I agree👍 .

Since I don't see this franchise ending anytime soon, I really hope that for future new large carnivores introduced, whether in games or in films / shows, they start using more quills or feathers to distinguish the large carnivores, similarly to how Mattel's doing with their toys, instead of constantly copying and pasting croc armour onto their large carnivores like they do now. The aesthetic is starting to get a bit repetitive and rather uncreative now.

I agree my friend, I really want to see more dinosaurs with quills or more feathers specially theropods the crock skin absolutely sucks and it just doesn't suit the dinosaurs I mean the Tarbosaurus definitely got really bad reception after the camp Cretaceous special launched on Netflix and it wasn't well received so I agree. I didn't even like the design either but Universal seems to want to create monsters instead of dinosaurs so I'm hoping Frontier can redeem the dinosaurs and I know they can because they gave us feathered dinosaurs and I hope they give us more because I'm tired of the naked or Croc like dinosaur look.

Actually I really want rugops. Maybe but I would definitely love feathers on this beautiful specimen of a Charcaradontosaurid.
But it's a carcharodontosaur... most of what we know about carnosaurs says they didn't have feathers... and adding a clone where the only real difference is feathers doesn't sound like a great addition.

I even that might be True my friend, I like the feathery look better than the crocodilian look. Anyway I'll probably change it to Scorpiovinator anyway.
Two wrongs don't make a right; a feathery carcharodontosaur would look bad, and would still be a Giganotosaurus with feathers. Skorpiovenator is okay I guess... just one if many very similar abelisaurs... you could replace it with something like Aucasaurus and it wouldn't be very different.

Well I was thinking Irritator or Oxalaia as well.
Both would be pretty meh if you ask me... one is known from a partial skull... the other even less... theres no way of giving them a proper restoration or make them unique without getting outlandish.

There are a few SA critters I've considered...
  • Eoraptor would be a fine choice, although I've always put it in a Late Triassic pack...
  • Megaraptor would be decent...
  • Saltasaurus is the original armored sauropod...
  • Brachytrachelopan would bring a nice twist to the Sauropod family.
  • Buriolestes appears to be on omnivorous prosauropod.
  • Alvarezsaurus would make a great insectivore addition
  • Stegouros, Piatnitzkysaurus, and Mussaurus.
  • Assuming they'd go beyond dinosaurs, Hyperodapedon was always one of my favorite.
