South American grasslands and deserts could use more plants

I know, I know. EVERY biome and continent could use more plants, because the plants in this game are awesome and I want a truly outrageous variety of options.

But I'm building a grassland/desert South American zoo right now and the options are particularly sparse. There are six plants to choose from. SIX! Using two biomes!

South American deserts and grasslands have tons of cacti and wildflower and grasses! We need a few more of these in game.

Yup. There's so much more to that enormous continent than the Amazon.

Pampa grass, a very invasive plant species, due to being very used in big gardens... I would have included it in base game.

I have a section for South American grasslands plants that could be added in the meta-suggestions section, but it seems I have neglected the SA deserts. Anyone have suggestions for plants?

there needs to be more foliage added in updates or dlcs. were lacking in some regions/biomes. itd be nice to let us see more variety from some regions.
