From what I have hastly gathered waiting to download Space Engine is a massive galaxy simulator made by 1 man over the past 5 years and my god is it beautiful. Best part is it is free though he is accepting donations to help fund the project. I have always loved exploring in ED but I can only hope something like this will be their end goal. The detail and diversity alone would be grand. Space Engine doesnt work as any sort of game yet but as an explorer I love just looking in it as Im sure many of you will as well.
