Just noticed this game on Kickstarter called Space Pioneer. It has real Russian Cosmonauts involved in it's creation.

Well it does look interesting indeed. Looking around the net I have seen a fair few unhappy comments about the pitch video, but at the end of the day the guy is a cosmonaut not a slick salesperson. I think it's kinda charming in a way. I hope they get funded.

Aye, the video is a bit of an odd one, but it was worth reading through their ideas. I thought sod it, worth a punt the same as I've done on many KS's

Just saw this today on kickstarter. This looks quite promising and the team have got real astronauts and astronomers involved.

Interesting team.
Excellent that they plan to release for linux with the first release as well. That alone makes me reach for my wallet - even though I am thinking that E:⁠D will leave little room for my marriage and life generally never mind other games.
I hope it gets funded.
