Spawn black box and missions on death

A simple suggestion, when somebody dies who was hauling exploration data, spawn a black box in that location which contains the exploration data, anyone who cargo scoops it, gets the exploration data to sell for themselves.

So, the owner could in theory return to that location to find it again.
It could show up as a USS for everybody else.
Perhaps even spawn a mission on all bulletin boards within 30LY to go collect it.

This could also be adapted to allow bounty hunter/pirates to other data such as black market location etc that was stored on your ship computer. However you would have to pay to have the black box decrypted to balance it out a bit.
