its a bit of an all round thing, better rated A grade modules produce less heat so if you load up on A grade kit your overall heat output goes down.

The only thing that you actually really need to keep the heat down is an A-grade power plant. The other things are barely (if at all) noticable when it comes to heat and fuel scooping.
