Ok so a quick update. With liberal use of the tolerant and social genetic modifications I have managed to push my park build up to 83 species with a total of 393 animals on the Pennsylvania map. These are distributed as follows;

This park is fully functional with hotels, restrooms, shelters and transport at 100% or close plus rangers and medical facilities to carry out scans and health checks. All on Xbox Series X so obviously without any mods.
Any suggestions on better species combos to push the species count higher would be appreciated.
As an addendum as the population count increased had an increasing number of spontaneous escapes from intact enclosures either into adjacent enclosures or out of confinement altogether. These always occured off screen and my attention was drawn to them by unmet needs diseases or threat to guests notifications. Listed below are all the animals that escaped and the number of times it happened.
