This thread or post will be updated constantly so keep an eye out for any new species that might be added sooner from field guides or any solid evidence that these species might be in the game mostly listed from frontier or accidental clear giveaways on videos involving Jurassic world evolution 2 content.

YES!: Corythosaurus, Parasaurolophus, Pachycephalosaurus, Amargasaurus, coelophysis, camarasaurus, chasmosaurus, stygimoloch, Allosaurus, Baryonyx, Acrocanthosaurus, Gallimimus, Kentrosaurus, Dryosaurus, Homocephalus,

They are shoe-in, not excited: Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops, Stegosaurus, Brachiosaurus, Mosasaurus, Pteranodon, diplodocus, Velociraptor, Ankylosaurus,

MEH, BORING, WHY they returned...: Torosaurus (once one of my favorites, but I can't unsee the OLDER-Triceratops rubbish these millennial children put in my freaking head), Dracorex, Nasutoceratops, Nigersaurus, Albertosaurus, Dreadnaugthus, Edmontosaurus

Still waiting for them to return: Styracosaurus, Spinosaurus, Carnotaurus, Sauropelta, Mamenchisaurus, Ceratosaurus, Dilophosaurus, Iguanodon, Ouranosaurus, polacanthus, struthiomimus, tsintaosaurus, olorotitan, suchomimus, troodon, herrerasaurus, euoplocephalus, compsognatus,

Add them already: Therizinosaurus, Oviraptor, Quetzalcouatlus, dimorphodon, Liopleurodon, dunkleosteus, elasmosaurus, helicoprion, dimetrodon, gorgonopsid, tanystropheus, scutosaurus, titanoboa, protoceratops, plateosaurus, deinoncheirus, psittacosaurus, crylophosaurus, hypsilophodon, shantungosaurus, lambeosaurus,

leave them to rot: Apatosaurus, all hybrids, gigantospinosaurus, metriocanthosaurus, crichtonsaurus, archeadalrjealrejarejrwhateveramimus,

Everything you said (I deleted it to save space).
Yikes... and I thought your Shantungosaurus/Edmontosaurus obsession was weird... there really seems to be no consistency to your love/hate...

A lot of these aren't even from the Mesozoic; personally, I'd sooner expect a Mammoth or Saber-toothed Cat than Helicoprion or Titanoboa, and Gorgonopsid isn't a genus, it's a group of animals. And Liopleurodon? Really? That's gotta be one of the most generic, unremarkable pliosaurs in existence, only recognized because the WWD series massively oversized them... really, there's nothing special about it... and you call other animals boring and rubbish.

Well it wouldn't hurt to have Edmontosaurus-Annecten species instead of Regalis Species this time Around. I mean it would be cool to finally see a large hadrosaur because in Jurassic world evolution Edmontosaurus was supposed to be the largest of all hadrosaurs but like best in slot said the sizes of all the dinosaurs were inconsistent in the current game.

I really don't care what you expect, if you expect mammals above reptilians, then that is your loss. Titanoboa and Helicoprion are both in other Jurassic Park/World games, so they could be possible in the end.

Gorgonopsid is a group, and I don't mind which one is in the game, I just don't know the names of the others, the one with the I comes to mind, but I'm lazy and type pretty fast, no time to search it up. Probably the biggest species with the biggest fangs.

I don't really care for Liopleurodon to be honest, but of all marine reptilians, at least it looks different than the others.

Liopleurodon it is an interesting species, although its size is not so large, i'd like to see this marine reptile in the game yes. And I would really like to see the huge Edmontosaurus annectens as it is, present in JWE2. As Jurassic Tyrant King said, Edmontosaurus needs to be bigger in the game. And the presence of Edmontosaurus does not invalidate the addition of Shantungosaurus, both may be in the game 🤷‍♂️

Personally I'm of the mind that none of the dinosaurs are going to be cut completely.

-All of the dinosaurs from the movies and novels are a shoe-in
-All of the Operation Genesis dinosaurs are staying since they have a huge fanbase for both them and OG
-The three SoDrW hybrids will return, they may not play any part in the main campaign mode but they can still be rewards for doing the other modes and used in Challenge and Sandbox modes
-The rest may be a bit iffy, but they could simply port their models and rigs over and just give them a little polish along with the new behaviors and such, quick and dirty

I will update this list soon but until Frontier confirms new or returning species later down the line until launch. until they are confirmed by Frontier themselves I will not go on speculation and just put them on the list I will need hard evidence and as well as of course confirmation by Frontier. These are species in this list that have been confirmed you can also find the confirmation list on Discord on Frontiers Jurassic world Evolution 2 confirm species list section.

Species So Far.....35
It has already been confirmed by means of an image that the flying dinosaur with teeth is a Tropeonathus

So that leaves 45 more species to go.

If the returning species & new species split the same way with the next 45 species - then we would looking at 30 more returning species, and 15 more new species.

In TheGamingBeaver's new video where he's playing a demo of the game, the Nasutoceratops has "Dr. Wu Hybrids" listed under its Dislikes category. Indominus rex, Indoraptor, Stegoceratops, Ankylodocus, and Spinoraptor confirmed.

Honestly all that's confirmed by that screenshot is that there will be herbivore Dr. Wu hybrids. Not which xD

Don't think that confirms anything beyond hybrids... curious how it says "Dr. Wu Hybrids" instead of just hybrids...
Why would they only bring back the two herbivorous hybrids and leave out the two central villains of the fourth and fifth films and the most popular of the three SoDW hybrids?
