Species That You Don't Necessarily Want, but Think Should Be in the Game

I don't have an animal I don't care about but SHOULD be in a zoo game, except for numerous bird species. But I had. Don't bite me, but I would have absolutely never missed a meerkat in my game if we wouldn't have got them. But they are extremly common, so it's good we have them now.
Gasp! How could you.... (j/k, friendly joking sarcasm there, tone is not always conveyed well online)

But seriously, to each their own. I'm sure we all have animals that we "don't care about" that are popular, either in the game already or popular requests. "Dont' care about" meaning we don't actively dislike them but we won't miss them if they're not in the game either.

Don't worry, I got you :) We know each other long enough :D And I was totally aware that my choice is really controversial. ^^

I have to go with the Dromedary Camel first, mostly because it is such an iconic zoo animal that really should have been in PZ from the beginning, but that wouldn't excite me that much if it was included in a future DLC (and thus would take the place of another, perhaps more requested animal).

I'd also include the emu. It's not the most interesting animal to me and I'm still insanely happy we got the cassowary instead in the Australia DLC, but it would be desperately needed to give Australian areas in the zoo some finishing touches.
