Species Viewer Should be Accessible from Pause Menu

Despite the game's relatively fast load times, it's still a big pain to have to exit my park and go to the main menu if I want to use the species viewer. It should be accessible from the pause menu next to where the tabs like "settings" and "load game" are located. This would be a really simple quality of life change that would make the species viewer simpler to use.
