Spectator Mode as a free, very restricted Multi-Crew account

To pitch ED a bit more among friends, I'd like to see a free spectator account.

How does this work:

- Spectators are restricted Multi-Crew members.
- They can only watch and use the camera suite and crew comms.
- All other options and any form of interaction is disabled.

What's that good for?

- I can invite my friend to fly with me as spectator.
- It helps convincing people to upgrade to full accounts if they like the game.
- It gives some support for taking videos, as spectators can use the cam suite.
- VR show off: While a guest at home uses my VR headset as spectator, I can fly him around from a low performance PC or laptop.

I've suggested something similar before, but not a separate account.

My idea was basically allow any CMDR (and even multiple CMDRs) to join your 'crew' but as a spectator. Camera suit only, or helm's eye view.

Brilliant for recording multi angle videos, of ships without crew slots.
