[Speculation] Extrapolating FD's existing game titles to ED

Looking at Frontier Development's list of game titles, though I speculate how those games and gameplay would be extrapolated to Elite Dangerous.

Feel free to speculate.

Zoo Tycoon
When First Person Adventures (FPA) expansion is out, we'll have additional gameplay of Space Zoo Tycoon. We're fracking pilots and not space zoo tycoons, so we'll just get to do missions for procedurally generated or player-designed space zoos.

Kinectimals
With FPA, when we go visit planets we'll be able to interact with local life. Imaging doing this on Oculus Rift plus Kinect

Dog's Life
Follow-on to Kinectimals, who doesn't want a pet as a companion for those long solo trips to the wide unknown?

Rollercoaster Tycoon to Thrillville
Like Zoo Tycoon, Rollercoaster Tycoon extrapolates into Space Outpost Tycoon, Space Station Tycoon, etc. I personally want Space Race Track Tycoon.

Zarch to Infestation
Obviously, part of the FPA and Planetary Landing expansion. Who doesn't want to find the source of an alien infestation and save the galaxy! Hmm, maybe not everyone, but most would like to pilot land vehicles or submersibles for a change in scenery.

The Outsider
The tech would see extrapolation to the FPA, but the gameplay is too much focused on the character. A quick mission here and there using the tech should be an interesting sidetrack.

Wallace & Gromit + Lostwinds
Not sure how to extrapolate these realistically to ED, so how about having them as Easter Eggs.

I read an article a long time ago (talking years here) where David Braben discussed how technologies in previous games were going to eventually make it into what became Elite Dangerous.

The animal-based games were designed to get the accurate movement worked out.
With Rollercoaster Tycoon and the Outsider, the main objective was to get crowd dynamics working. If you look at the Rollercoaster series, you have people milling around, interacting with rides, shops, etc. This can be transposed to the Elite Dangerous spaceports, bars, etc.

With the Outsider, they were working on how crowds respond in stressed situations: if someone pulls out a gun, people's responses will vary depending on how close they are to the event. Transposing this to ED, you could have assassination missing which have a first person element is available, where you have to shoot somebody up close and escape from the crowd.

I have no doubts when I say, there is so much to come in Elite Dangerous that is going to blow us away.
