Today I thought I’d dedicate the day to the great man and unlock him and upgrade to G5 DD’s in one fell swoop.
First the 10k round trip. Not too bad. Put on some Xmas tunes and headed out into the black. Also bagged around 4 million credits in exploratIon data.
Next I had to farm all of the resources.
For this I went to Dav’s Hope and got everything I needed except the pharmaceutical isolators. I tried outbreak systems but didn’t luck out. In the end I went to a material trader and cashed in some other collectibles.
The selenium and something else “ium” I found on planets in the same system as “Dav’s Hope”.
Then came the trip over to the pleiades to get the fragments from the crashed Thargoid vessel. Once that was done I was able to to upgrade my Krait (Black Santa) to G5’s and collapse in a heap on the floor!
It was a good day to be flying!
