I do not recall Protoceratops having spikes.

Speaking of spiky dinosaurs, what about Edmontonia, Saichania, and Minotaurasaurus?

Yeah, none of these dinosaurs are for sure known to have any spikes or quills.Some of them might have had. But I would hardly describe them as spiky.
