Spinosauarus,Baryonyx and Suchomimus use hands

Why don't the Spinosaurids use there hands when eating fish and slash and bite when they fight and the slash adds extra damage to other dinosaurs and when it hunts hadrosaurs it uses it's claws to cut the wind pipe then bite the neck and through it down onto the ground.

Well for the fish it's pretty simple; they eat the fish whole... a spinosaur's large arms and claws are thought to have been used to shred prey since their teeth were good for gripping, not slicing. As for fighting, well it certainly seems reasonable to assume they used them to fight... although some of your suggestions sound a bit on the fantasy side...
