Kinect: Disneyland Adventures Splash mountain

First of all my friend and I LOVE the game! However, when we play the splash mountain attraction and it says task complete, once we exit, it doesn't recognize that this has occurred. We just updated her xbox tonight. Is there another patch we should be looking for?
