Spoilers everywhere ingame - FDEV really?

really FDEV.

you load into the game, check your synthesis tab and see "guardian xyz" ammo
you dock at jameson check the tech broker, and it lists guardian sentinal parts as unlock requirement.

now we don't even have to check youtube to see the new stuff on day 1?

It's not THAT bad to be honest. It's not exactly coming out of nowhere — the very first galnet article, (that I now actually pay attention to, thx galnet audio), is about Ram Tah asking for CMDRs to look for Guardian tech.

Well, you still have to go find out what and where that stuff is right? Obscuring every little bit is unnecessary. In fact, the way it is makes me want to actually go see what what that stuff is. Before, I wouldn't care and I would just wait for content and guide creators to let me know if its even worth looking at.

Spoiler? How on earth can it be a spoiler when the information is presented to you by the game. The game has let players know these items now exist within the game world post patch, now go find them.

Assuming you can resist the urge to jump on youtube because you are too idle or lack the patience, any new content that was intended to be hidden will remain so until you find it yourself.
