Sqaudron rescue leaderboard
- Adds a rescue entry to the squadron leaderboard
- Points get awarded for the amount of cargo contributed towards repairs of a station
- Points get awarded for every refugee rescued from the station
- This would add incentive for player to repair stations and help with rescue efforts
- This would give meaning for the rescue services category in the squadron browser
