I would like to start the discussion of separating the leaderboards of squadrons by number of members. As the squad leader of the 143rd St Men of F. Oregon, I am making this request. We have 2-4 active players with a max of about 6 on a busy night. We place consistently (when we are all playing together) in the top 10, but with the $$ amounts and squadron size of the top 2 teams, we have no hope of ever making the top three with current membership.
My suggestion so that smaller squadrons can be competitive would be to split the leaderboards by size, say a Small (less than 10 players) Medium (11-25) and Large (>26) or some similar layout.
Do any smaller squadrons (or devs) feel this would be a good idea?
