Squadron shelter is an idea.

For those who are left alone. They're lone wolfs in their own sqaudron. Other Cmdr's are gone. What's left is memories and emotion, that something is happening, being part of shared thoughts.

Action!

If you don't want to leave your squadron and you're one-man sqaudron, let's meet in squadron shelter!

a one man squadron kinda defies the definition and would be just a pilot;)
an operational unit in an air force consisting of two or more flights of aircraft and the personnel required to fly them.
