Squadron Tools - Split the Share Bookmarks permission in to Share and Delete (plus log activity)

Within my squadron (Elite United Worlds - EUWC - accepting applications!) I want people to be able to share their interesting bookmarks with the squadron, so I've given the Share Bookmark permission to a number of people. What we've found recently though is that a great number of our shared bookmarks have been deleted.

What I'd like is the current Share Bookmarks permission split in to two different permissions - Share Bookmark and Remove Bookmark (or Delete, etc). This will mean that people are able to share the bookmarks as I want them to be able to, but not delete any of the others. This could work in one of two ways:

• Those with the permission of Share Bookmarks only can share bookmarks and delete any bookmarks that THEY have shared but not delete any bookmarks that OTHERS have shared
• Those with the permission of Share Bookmarks and Remove Bookmarks can share or delete ANY bookmark

or

• Those with the permission of Share Bookmarks only can share bookmarks but not delete bookmarks, regardless of if they shared them or not
• Those with the permission of Share Bookmarks and Remove Bookmarks can share or delete ANY bookmark

In addition (and separately if the split permissions isn't possible), there should be an entry in the squadron feed for Remove Bookmark as there is for Share Bookmark presently. It seems odd that there is a log of those sharing, but not of those removing..!
