Description
This is the problem that was reported in text chat on Will's stream today Thursday 14 February 2019.
When creating a Squadron you can set PMF Allegiance & Power Allegiance. However, some Powers' PMFs are of a different Superpower Allegiance to the Power's. Example: Torval is Strong against Communist Governments however there cannot be an Imperial Communist Minor Faction. Thus, a Torval PMF that is Communist cannot create a Squadron that is pledged to Torval as Torval is Imperial.
Steps to Reproduce
Create a New Squadron and try to Pledge Allegiance to both Torval & a Communist PMF
