Squished gas giant

First noticed this in the system map, then flew in to take a closer look:

Tried to center it to minimize screen distortions.

Looking at the planet's info on the system map, it becomes rather obvious:

The numbers result in a rotational speed at the equator of 8.7 km/sec

Ok, I just had to look it up: For that planet, escape velocity would be 34 km/sec.

Nice. I wondered what the equivalent for earth was, not knowing off the top of my head. I must have done (pi * 6400 * 6400)/86400 about 4 times thinking "that can't be right" before I realised what I was doing wrong
