Hi all,
I feel a bit "dumb" asking this. I've got about 200 hours+ in ED, but most of it by exploration and bounty hunting. I just recently got into the Engineers to improve my exploration ship's jump range and I need to find some commodities around.
One of the commodities that I need is from a mission reward. That mission requires me to go into a low-security planetary base and scan a data point. I've used and scan data points in the past, so this ain't an issue. But the data point that I need to scan seems to be locked behind doors somehow ? The mission is supposed to be "covert", but the first time I went blasting off everything. I assumed that a door closed due to alarms and prevented me to access the data point required for the mission. So I went to supercruise and went back to the base a second time to force a "reset" of the mission. The second time I went slowly in my SRV and didn't raise any alarm. But I can't find the damn entrance to that data point. A door seems to be closed somehow.
Am I missing something ?
Thanks,
Cmdr SpookyNeo
