I really enjoy messing about in the SRV... BUT... I have a qualm with it:
The rear wheels turn with the front! We all get why it does this, and this method is fine for the Mars rover which inches across the landscape, but SRV routinely travels at 30m/s, that's nearly 70 mph!!!
SOLUTION:
Rear wheel steering toggle. Rapid travel mode: Rear wheels locked forward; Rough Terrain Mode: Rear wheels locked.
Best of both worlds boom!
