Scorpion is 4.0 content, so apparantly you can buy it but not use it since Xbox only has 3.8? Bit of a bug there but no you can't use the Scorpion on 3.8.
Yep not a server disconnection critical bug so there was ZERO patch for consoles So enabling Horizons 4.0 added bugs to horizons 3.8 server farm as well...
