SRV suddenly appear onboard with 0% health

it does begger the question how did your srv get damaged in the first place...……..
still I would have thought you could have deployed anyways and repaired srv on the way to settlement well as long as you have matts that is to make the repairs enroute
game still has bugs cant understand how srv was repaired by the ship srv bay 5km away (srv not docked) and ship flying at that
gotta be a bug as you say...………...

My ships hull today got down to 30% when the silly thing couldn't autoland. I dismissed it before it blew itself up. I then found a flatter landing place and recalled it again. Has nothing to do with OPs SRV issue (as they should repair in the ship) but just thought I'd mention it :)

I had an SRV with 5% hull but it was just after I used it in a settlement and died during the mission. You probably need to restock/repair at a station if that happens.

Your ship should repair your SRVs hull when boarded. It just won't refuel it or create another if it was blown up, that needs to be done at the station (or you can use synthesis for repair or refuel).
