SRVscanning issues

I'm having an issue trying to scan the crashed ship/SRV on Diso 5b. My keybinds for my ship and SRV got wiped during the update, so I've rebound them but when I try and scan the wrecked SRV I'm not able to. I've switched modes between discovery and combat countless times. Assigned and unasigned the fire control to them loads, swaped them about, etc., just unable to scan that damed SRV. Probably something so damn simple as well. Any help greatly appreciated as I'm unable to do this on my own!!

It should be as simple as go into turret mode, target the wreck, and press the button you've mapped to the datalink scanner.

Yeah, I wish it was, have been trying to do that and it's just not working for some reason. Going to have to submit a ticket and see if they answer.

I had issues as well. But after switching modes a few times, cockpit to turret, and trying different positions for my SRV it finally worked. I drove as close as possible on the left side of the target, aligned and could finally scan. Didn't even realize it worked first until I saw the data-link scanner bar moving
