You have to wait until you see your sirius corp invite. Just keep running missions and you will see it on the mission boards eventually.
I logged out disappointed one night, logged back in the next morning and it was the first mission on the boards.

You can force the board to refresh that way, but watch out as you will take a Reputation hit when abandoning them. If this gets you below allied you will no longer be eligible.
