SSS 8/8 Vulture Wing, only 1 "Wanted", though all are hostile? 6K Cr fine for kill...

Couple of screen shots from a drop into a SSS yesterday. Spent most of the day hunting USS and SSS looking for trouble or AE. This particular SSS had 8 Vulture's in a wing, although only 1 of them is wanted. Found it odd that if I killed any of the "Clean" ships, even though I was under fire, that I would be assessed a 6000 Cr. fine for each kill other than the wanted Cmdr. Pretty sure I'm considered hostile for this minor faction, but was surprised to see the fine being assessed. Any thoughts as to why?

the one vulture that attack you was the leader which is always wanted. Once leader attacks his wing mate will attack you eventually till then they will remain neutral, and any attack on them /killing them will result in a fine.

Basically they have to attack you first

In this particular case, I had not deployed hard points, yet multiple ships in the wing were firing on me. In the 3rd image, you can see the "clean" ship selected/targeted, clearly firing on my ship. I would expect the wanted ship to fire, but not the others.

Its how AI wings works. When one member of the wing targets you they all attack you. But I do find it strange that the "clean" one attacking you didnt become wanted. Also getting into SSS and finding ships will 99% of the time attack you on the spot because they are crazy pirates

Might be the system, being it's Communist governed, but appears to be a random thing from what I can deduce. I tried turning on/off reporting crimes against, but that just draws unwanted attention when I want to pick up illegal cargo. Dunno, I'll just let it go for now.

Check your right hand panel switch for "Report Crimes Against Me" - this must be turned ON - then anyone who shoots you earns themselves a bounty and becomes Wanted.

If they shoot you and don't turn Wanted, its this switch.
