Staff Breaks & Ride Maintenance

While in Sandbox mode, is there a way to keep the vendors at their stations at all times? I know I can ignore the notifications, but it gets annoying to care for them when trying to focus on park design.

Also, is there a way to keep the rides from breaking down? Mainly looking for a way to turn off specific "park maintenance" features while focusing on design. Or do I just need to pause the game while working?

On the Settings menu under Game settings, there's a checkbox for Ride Breakdowns and another one for Staff Management Features. Un-ticking both of those should be what you're looking for.

I'd also suggest disabling Staff Happiness too so your shopkeepers don't quit from being underworked/overworked/underpaid

turning staff features off in settings only emilinates the need for staff building. For me, The only way to keep them put is to pay them more then what they start with. Vendors I pay 250.00, janitors 200.00.

cheat code for no breakdowns is to name a ride frontier.

There are 2 settings for employees:

Turning off the "staff features" feature eliminates the need for a staff building / employee break room. However, this just makes the game the same as it was prior to the staff building existing. IOW, you still have to keep your staff happy by giving them raises and promotions. If you don't, they'll quit and leave the park.

SO, you also have to turn off "staff happiness". With this turned off, your staff will never complain or quit the job even if you drop their pay :). You should still promote them so they work more efficiently, but you don't have to increase their pay when you do.
