Is there a standing loss if you decide to abandon a mission ? If yes, are there alternatives to not continue do a mission without loosing standings?

I assume you mean standing as in faction reputation? Or do you mean federal / imperial military ranking loss? I think probably the former and not the latter but not 100% sure...
