Looks like a cheap Chinese knock off. As an example i give you the Landwind. Seems like SC's attempt at the same, which is surprising in itself, as they have made some excellent looking ships of their own.

yes is true,than why make this kind of mistakes?

Maybe the creator of the model simply isn't aware of the similarity. I mean the Asp uses a pretty basic geometric shape, as a lot of the Elite ships do. That being said, somebody must have pointed it out that 'oh by the way, looks similar to that ship from Elite'... or not obviously

not sure of this, when i make a new model, i check always what there is all around, just to avoid this kind of "looks like" related mistakes.

I agree with you, which is why i said earlier i'm surprised at the similarity between the two models, considering they are perfectly capable of creating good looking ships without plagiarising someone else's work. Still, unless FD moan, nothing will be done about it.
