I heard Frontier can make star in game in name of some person who died? Yesterday died my grandmother. She were only person i know. I mean i have no parents except her. She helped me till my 25 and i returned at my 30 to live with her for last 5 years to help her. Now i am 35 and she died 90 years old. She spend all her life to help me. Without her i could be lost long time ago... I dont know why i am writing this but.. Well.. I would be happy to see star called Livija in-game. Is it possible and what are rules for that?

It is 'possible' to name a star in game - some were named by Kickstarter backers who backed to the appropriate level.
More recently they have been given out as rare prizes at events. Some (only a handful) have been changed as commemorations, much like you are asking.

OP - deepest condolences, and my sympathy at this time. As the guys have said, yes this has been done before, but perhaps more-so with the occasional star-port or outpost as opposed to star systems now, as most are named from star charts as alphanumeric-farts across the galaxy map! But don't take that as a precluding sentiment, as I hope that your story reaches them in kind heart as well as other forum members have done.
Good luck with this and I hope that as your grandmother now rests, she has imparted to you a strong spirit of success for life henceforth; I hope that is part of what helps you come through your grief and sadness, and lets you strive forth in your life, whilst recalling her treasured memory at times of need or regard.

There are of course no words that I or any other CMDR can give to take way your pain at the moment but Im sure that I echo the sentiments of many in sending my condolences. In time the pain will become less and you will remember with joy in your heart until that time try to stay strong and live everyday in a manner in which your Grandmother would have been proud. I'm sure you will.
