Star system parameters

I hadn't caught on the first colonization wave so after we got a message that it was paused there's been a time to think about star system parameters it considering more suitable for me. My goal is to afford weekly upkeep to maintain my FC fitted with full possible stuff (~ 30 mil/week). I suppose I need population+economy+security+wealth. How do you think it could be applied to the system parameters? Amount of bodies and landable planets, gas giants, rings, in-system distance, stars and thier types, planets surrounded with thin/thick atmosphere, else?
 
Not worth it for this goal. There is a cap on income per system set at 5mil per week. That means you need to fully build out 6 systems to whatever is the min needed to get that level of income. I have 11 installations and 13k population in a high tech system. I made 370k last tick. That's a lot of building for each system you have to do.

I would recommend you colonize and build systems for fun, as hauling all these materials is going to be a huge grind. If you one day get to paying the upkeep for your FC through your passive income, that would be a bonus. If you don't like hauling or colonization, do something else that will easily get you the money to keep your FC around.
 
I read wiki-elite-fandom: "A galactic levy is placed on your earnings if you earn more then 5 million credits", not stated weather one system would be capped. Why do you think it might be (source)?
