I am cautiously looking forward to it. I enjoyed the first and second game, but I am aware of many of the issues the latest two Battlefield installments had, and then there is EA. They even managed to screw up SimCity.

I heard some guy say split screen co op is confirmed on console.

I buy on day one lol

Additional Info:
-Has two player splitscreen
-It sounds like there isn't a traditional campaign and something more akin to spec-ops from CoD
-Modes vary from 8 players to 40 players
-You can toggle between first and third person
-There's flyable vehicles but no space battles
-The 7 minute demo was on PS4, but there's no mention of the forthcoming trailer platform

EA, Its a secret acronym..... Ever Annoying ....for games that don't work, whats the bet , the Space nutters ( like myself) will spend , months in forums , tying to get Battlefield to work , one thing I can say about ED launch, it worked out of the BOX. remember these words :)

Again, this is NOT CGI or cinematics. This is gameplay assets from a movie-like camera angle instead of FPS or TPS. This is all in-game assets. Again, I have seen the game from FPS and TPS and it looks nearly identical to what you see here. :)

It's not Battlefront 3. It's a reboot, just "Star Wars: Battlefront".

Have you seen the preorder incentives though? They're basically nothing. A handful of weapons, a couple of emoticons and one week's worth of early access to a map that everyone gets for free. That's it.

Well, apparently there is not going to be single player campaign, galactic conquest, space battles, droids, and etc for the game. I mean, I was kind of excited but now it seems to be just a BF 4 reskin to be honest, only set in SQ universe.

DICE can't make campaigns. We already know that. BF3 was bad and BF4 was just pathetic. However there is an offline/co-op mode, which is fine.

If the level of fidelity is even close to what the trailer shows making another two factions for clones/droids would've heavily delayed the game. No space battles sucks but I promise you we'll get it eventually as DLC.

As we learned already it wont look THAT good, still it will have nice graphics for sure. What I`m more upset about is I`m pretty sure it will follow BF "battle packs" and "premium packages" and will be just another DLC, pay for progress mess that EA is releasing lately. A a huge original SW fan it hurts me to say I wont buy this game. I wont buy any DICE, EA MP dlc simulator again.

I completely understand your skepticism but there's not much point running around with our arms in the air screaming about the end of days. Who knows? Maybe this will be the game that makes EA go "you know what? Let's not be corporate ats".

Yeah it's more likely that the next time I go to the doctor they'll find a leprechaun in my cornea but at least the preorder incentives aren't excessive.
