Bit iffy on that.....In the clip when the laser is pointed upwards does it not burn the ceiling then ?

I can't understand why people keep trying to pass lasers off as lightsabers. :S

All it takes is one fool to wave it around carelessly and someone could lose an eye. I'm a bit shocked that something that powerful has been put onto the market... slightly irresponsible.
