Starbase greeters from different countries

I think it would be very simple to add variety to the game by recording several voices to serve as the "Star Base Greeting" with different accents. The proper accent could be matched to the ethnicity of the name of the starbase. So a Russian sounding starbase would have a Russian greeting, "Docking permission granted." A French one, an Aussie one, and on and on. Unfortunately many nationalities would not be represented, so you may consider adding some Egyptian, Indian, Panamanian, ... to the list and give those to some of the numbered systems. I worry that with 400 billion destinations, keeping the game new is going to be a problem.

"Docking Request Granted" is your ship talking so that wouldn't change but I've heard a handful of different voices inside the station over the PA. This is especially noticeable in Empire space. There is an Asian accented woman's voice in a lot of their stations. I think I've heard a couple different languages too, but sometimes it is hard to understand through the echo.

I've heard English, American and Dutch accents. Not sure about anything else so far... English does seem to be the galactic lingua franca, but if you dock at a foreign-named starport/system, getting instructions in that language as well as English would be pretty amazing.
