I love this game, been playing since day 1 of Early Access and still hooked on it.

I like that there are no cockpit views. It's a game where I commande capital ships and it's pretty different then cockpit based small fighter gampleay like in Elite or Arena Commander. I like that diversity and I don't have any reason not love both games.

SPG 2 is made by only 7 people. It's a really small dev team and they have my outmost respect, not only because there are so few of them, but because they were listening and still listen to ht egaming community, interact with them on a daily basis and implement community suggested features, despite their lack of manpower. Kudos to them, they really brought us a nice little gem.

If anyone wonders how a 7men indie dev team looks like, here they are:

Currently on Steam sale, if anyone's interested. I'm playing both Gamma and SPG2. Different games, different combat, both in space. What more can I get? :)

I'm having a great time playing SPG2. Also got it in early access phase and I was very happy with the dev tem improving the game based on players comments and suggestions.
This game is one of the few examples when early access is working as it should.

Bought it at full price, but don't regret it. :)

Beautiful game, different from Elite but still loveable. :)
