I would not compare suits technology from 2000 (time when this video was recorded) with what hypotetical technology we may have in 3305.
In the future (year 3305) anti-g suits could hypotetically allow to surivive to high-g for a limited time on a scale of 10-20 minutes, which would introduce in this case a countdown timer to the gameplay when exploring High-G environment. This would make exploration more challenging I guess.
