Hardware & Technical Starter joystick advice

Hey,
so I will be casually playing ED and I would like a joystick. Is this good enough for ED without having to compromise and have a bad user experience?

It is called "Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X" (cant post link, wont let me)

If you have any recommendations, please tell me. Thanks!

I would go with the t16000m it apparently is more accurate, you would not have a throttle though. From all I have been able to find out as I have been reading up on hotas and joysticks to replace my old stick the t16000m is a tad more precise than the ch fighterstick but has less functionality.

Guess it all depends on how much you want to spend and how important precision is.

Myself I am working on a project but plan to buy a CH fighterstick and maybe a t16000m to go with it.

I would really like to get a VKB Fat Black Mamba but they are quite expensive.

The stick will do fine. Only compromise you (may) have to do, is mapping some functions to keyboard (and/or) mouse.
