Starting a new game?

Hello!

So i'm currently having an issue where 'Spared No Expense' achievement wont unlock (I have reported this in Xbox One Bugs), even after all the game updates. I have had other achievements that wouldn't, but once the game updated I re-did the task (releasing dinos) and they did!

I can't re-do the action for unlocking the sandbox island in my current game - which is get 5* on Island one. Would I be able to start a new game without losing my progress in my current game? I have 5* on ever island and made huge progress which I'd rather not lose. So ideally I'd like to start a new game, to get 5* on island one again - then just go back to my main game save file.

Anyone else started a 'new game' but could switch between game saves?

Ok, to unlock Nublar you need to get 4 stars in Matanceros, you say that you have bugs, so you report on bug in the bug section

Now, answering your question about restarting the islands, suppose you have parks in Muerta, Tacano, Pena or Sorna, then you can restart any island and none is affected by the restart more than the one you just restarted, that is to say that the island that you restart, only will be Matanceros

Sorry maybe I didn't explain myself correct.

It's not that I haven't unlocked the island I have, it's the achievement didn't unlock (which I've already reported). I wanted to redo the task, which is getting 4* in the first island which unlocks the sandbox island.

I just wanted to know if I could press New Game and still come back to my old game or would it overwrite my current save Islands. I didn't want to restart any Islands.

If restarting Matenceros and getting 4 stars again does t work, try saving your career under a set name just in case you’re not relying on the auto save. Then just start a whole new game from the main menu. Fortunately this is something you can get on the first island so just play on the new career until the achievement unlocks then you can just load back into your normal career.
