Just a thought, when the security systems engage you after committing a crime, they say stuff like "Starting kill run" and "Reinforcements incoming" as the chatter between ships. But this always shows up in the comms panel as being broadcast in direct to the player, shouldn't this be in local, because they're talking to each other?
