State of the game is in weird if not even questionable condition

I will try to make this short, but I guess I cant: (TL;DR: title, bugs, balance)
So, Today I started playing ED within a system that would offer me tons of massacre missions because of its civil war state, I then had to discover that even tho the systems factions would hand out almost 95% of all their missions as massacre missions by that time, the war was already over, making it IMPOSSIBLE to complete those missions, which again... would still be the main type of missions handed out.
After doing an hour of bounty hunting in my Cutter to regain my reputation that was lost while being forced to cancel all those missions suddenly the system would spawn multiple Conflict Zones again.
I checked into one of them and even tho the whole zone was in "ceasefire" 1 Cutter decided to attack me, caused every other ship in the zone to attack me aswell and followed me boosting for more than 2 minutes straight mass locking me and somehow being able to remain exactly at 430-450 meters behind me even tho I sat on some dirty drive tuned thrusters, when my FSD finaly charged to full, at exactly 53% hull and without any damaged modules on my side I just exploded into thin air, faced some painfull insurance bill, but even more frustrating lost my crew member which I paid more than 40million credits in wages so far and almost got him to a rank of deadly, which would cost me dozens of hours to re-establish

So if you didnt get an idea yet why I am actually writing about my day within Elite Dangerous... let me summ this up in a condensed form:
I wanted to have some fun with a game and no matter what I try... game says "no sir, this game is not about having fun, its about board flipping for hours and blowing you up under weird circumstances making you lose hours of gameplay in seconds!"

This may be an isolated case of unfortunate events, but its only the very pinacle of events that I just encountered over the course of the last few days in this game, to name a few:
- Mission targets do not spawn/despawn, reappear/disappear e.g. assasination targets, skimmer drones, conflict zones
- Loads of bugs on the Mission Board that have been there for ages e.g. immediate mission fail on accepting missions, under 2 circumstances the exact same donation missions would just respawn even tho you had just finished them (not going to give any advice on that)
- The game itself takes place in menus about 80% of the entire time played for most players e.g. Board Flipping, filtering the Galaxy Map for suitable systems for almost any activity you would choose
- The actual filtering of the galaxy map is a joke, seriously this game takes place in 3303 AD and people pilot spaceships around the galaxy but their computing capabilities are worse than NASAs in the damn 1950s, you can only filter 1 attribute at a time, meaning you can not just filter the bubble for all system that would fit filters for e.g. Allegiance, State, Econmy, Population, if you want to find a Federation System that is in Boom state has Refinery economy with a population of more than 20 million, just looking for that could cost hours of your actual irl time [down]
- Mission payouts have zero relation towards estimated time required to achieve mission goals, e.g. you can pick up a passenger mission to travel 16000 light years for 30 million credits which will take AT LEAST 8 hours of time (50ly per jump = 320 jumps to reach destination + 320 jumps back into the bubble = 640 jumps at about a bit less than a minute per jump = 10 hours), OR you could just accept a planetary scan mission for 800000 credits which will require 2 minutes of time and has no risk to lose anything at all... put that into perspective and you know roughly how much a 16000ly travel should pay out at the end to make it anywhere near worthwhile. Not to mention the struggle to press FSD key, grind around the star while scooping, facing the next star pressing the FSD key again, rinse and repeat for 8 hours straight, while the only variation you encounter will be you caught between 2 stars very close to eachother making you deploy a heatsink and praying you would find the "esacpe vector" before exploding
- When you finaly get to take off in your ship to actually play the game you will be confronted with inevitable situations and bugs that will make you lose hours of said menu dominated gameplay

Overall, you can fool around in this game every now and then but when you try to optimise your efforts and time spent within the game you will end up eating your shoes because you simply can not understand how the developers of the game actually want you to play their game. Whenever the community finds out how to effectively reach certain goals, these "loopholes" will get "fixed" but no alternatives are offered, just take a look at current beta change logs: scan mission and massacre mission type missions are limited to 3 at a time now... meaning they finaly adressed board flipping but basicly they just cut it off, failing to understand why it is so popular.

The answer is very simple, without board flipping, reaching certain goals in this game will take hundreds of hours of repetetive while boring gameplay and that is even the fast way. Just imagine 3 missions each giving you about 0.25% in ur rank progression, each one takes about 2 minutes to complete and about the same time to reaquire, thats 16 minutes per 1% meaning 1 out of 12 ranks (or even 14 if you want) would require about 26,5 hours time played and 320 hours from 1 to 12. And that would not be too bad if those 320 hours would offer some exitement, variation, challenge, solvable problems and at least 300 hours of flying an actual ship in the game, but more realisticly you will reach that goal after having done the same mission type at the same station towards the same destination 4800 times because if you would attempt to reach the same goal by just picking up whatever missions would be offered to you anywhere in the game then the time factor would just easily tenfold itself leaving you at a whooping 3000 hours of actual gameplay required.

So the more I play the game the more I understand how much hollow and boring it really is. For one last example I will make some quick calculations about trading for you:
I can deliver 720 tons of cargo when I refit my Cutter accordingly.
I can earn anywhere from 2700 to 3500 credits per ton of imperial slaves that I just fly 10ly from one system to another, which takes 5 minutes for a whole loop (buy slaves, fly slaves, sell slaves, fly back, buy slaves again).
Thats 2200000 credits per 5 minutes of gameplay leaving me at about 26million credits per hour, which I can then just donate to any major faction of my choice by board flipping through famine state systems...
So to aquire huge amounts of credits and ranks without any time required to board flip or browse the galaxy map all i have to do is transporting hundreds of tons of always the same type of cargo from 1 set system to another... back and forth back and forth back and forth AND now think about the 16000ly/30million credit tourism trip again...
