Horizons State of the Game - Where may I submit ideas?

ED has a more competition each month in terms of open-universe sims, and I'm just wondering where I can vent out the ideas I'd LOVE to see in my favorite space sim. I'm new to the ED forums and haven't really seen a hub for ideas.

I know 2.2 was a massive update for game structure, but in terms of additions I'm seeing more paid paint jobs and laser colors than game ideas floating around.

Also bear in mind content generally gets added in large point updates not weekly drops. The amount of testing and adjusting required before things go live (especially dealing with microsoft on xbox) is prohibitive to lots of small updates.

Check out the Horizons store page for the rough roadmap for this season. 3 updates down. 2 left which are multicrew and an unknown 2.4 update. Obviously as with every other update so far tons more stuff gets done besides the headline.
