109 Piscium at iling dock which is well known for having the type 9, FDL, and python for cheap and really cheap outfitting literally yesterday I was about to mess with my ships in outfitting, just came back to switch some more parts and I cannot enter outfitting for some reason, never had this happen before.
Station allowed outfitting last night, not anymore?

There are these alien UAs (Unknown Artifacts), which are exceedingly rare and valuable, but they are somehow crippling the stations that buy them.
