Station construction time

So I claimed a system, I've dropped off all the resources, got a splash screen saying congratulations. I can no longer drop off resources and the station builder is still there.

When does the station actually get built? There is no timer or anything and the mission to "complete primary port" is still there. How long does it take? Or has something gone wrong?

You generally git a big blue screen with the Brewer logo and a button to press.

I did get a splash screen and pressed "confirmed" (or something), but then nothing has happened since...

I redock and dont get a chance to do it again

Maybe servers having a rough time.
Hopefully it shows up. If its an outpost, it isn't at the same site as the constructor. I didn't see mine until I turned around and it was in the distance.

I think the servers are having a bit of difficulty.

It's a coriolis as well, will give it a few hours and see what the situation is.
