Station customization for squadrons

Squadrons that have stations where their player faction is the controlling faction should be able to change the station buildings and landing pads as well as change the laws of the stations. While Coriolis/Orbis/Ocellus stations can have buildings added to them, no landing pads can be added. Adding a building to your station costs a lot of resources and takes a long time to complete because of this.

Adding a building can have the following effects:
-Increase or decrease supply or demand of a commodity(only legal commodities can be changed this way).
-Change the modules you can buy at the outfitter.
-Add an interstellar factor contact.
-Add a small or medium landing pad to the station.
-Add ships being produced to the shipyard.

Squadrons are free to change the laws at any time, but doing so reduces the influence of your faction within the system or costs resources. These resources can be gotten via source and return missions, imports or when a player sells a resource to the station. Exports, players buying goods and delivery missions would reduce your resources respectively. Adding doesn't mean you are exempt from it. These are the laws that squadrons can change or add:
  1. Banning or legalizing goods.
  2. Increase or decrease security level: makes more security forces appear and reduces the number of interdictions when raised.
  3. Change punishment fines and bounties.

I agree it will be nice in future to be able to make in game changes to stations, bases and other assets, but that really isn't going to happen with squadrons. A squadron can support a faction, but it isn't the faction itself. The squadron does not own any of the assets.
