Station Interiors

I went to a pirate base for the first time last night to buy some slaves. It suddenly occurred to me that why would their station interior look anything like those found in the more stable regions of the galaxy?

Then it also got me thinking that its getting a bit boring seeing the same interior every time you enter hangers in general. Do you think we will get more variety of hangers in the future?

You will be able to move around inside ship and stations in the forthcoming development of the game ....as to when that's down to Dev team

I agree it does seem rather dull. I want to see grime/junk all over the place.

Though I'm not that bothered. I'm sure there will be much more of a variety when we get the first person expansion.

Yeah, it's a shame pirate stations don't have pirate audio.

"If ye be loiterin in tha slot, prepare to walk tha plank ye scurvy knave"
"Arr, ye dockin request be granted"
When the station becomes friends with you:
"Yar, Welcome back me Hearty"

I want this.

I hope that there will be some randomization in small details, like the hatch that is open with a pipe sticking out on the small landing pads. It's a nice detail, but it is there on every. single. pad. It's driving me crazy!
Also, more soundscapes, more interior variations (would like to see a more grimy one for poor stations, a more messy one with depots and cisterns for some agricultural stations, and a reaqlly clean metallic one for some High-techs), and more personality, with cars actually driving around instead of just rolling in the main passageway and people doing... stuff.

And also: Every single station in the entire populated space have exactly the same hangar? I know, standardization, but still!
