Yea it's on lockdown a few other HUMAN commanders were out here as well trying to lift it

Probably would have been helpful to mention that upfront as the 4.0 and 3.8 versions of the galaxy are independent.

Can't really blame the OP - no single forum for 'Core'. A Core/Live split of forums rather than EDO/ vs ED would probably make more sense nowadays.
